Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• Intention to obtain Certified Pool Operator certification within six months.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responds to maintenance and repair service requests.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks on facilities.
• Diagnoses and repairs minor issues professionally.

Skills

Clear and effective communication skills

Knowledge of safety procedures

Ability to perform minor repair work

Proficiency with Entrata and CMMS

Customer service skills

Education

High school/GED or trade school diploma

EPA 608 Type I certification
