Job summary

EQUUS is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain the condition, safety, and functionality of our buildings and grounds. This full-time role performs routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoots issues, and ensures facility systems operate efficiently to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience, with basic repair, safety, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related facilities maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall condition, functionality and safety of the buildings and grounds.
• Perform minor maintenance repairs with power and hand tools.
• Change lights and perform minor electrical work.
• Coordinate with vendors for building maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with office moves, events, and setup.
• Assist warehouse tasks and support packing, shipping, and receiving.
