Klamath Basin Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to maintain safe, functional spaces across multiple sites in Southern Oregon. The role supports clinical operations with hands‑on repairs, preventative maintenance, and timely responses to facilities issues.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools; maintain spaces safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and costs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for clients and staff.
• Troubleshoot facility issues involving building systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Document maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
• Support facility security measures and respond to on‑call requests.
