Job summary

Halodi Robotics is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain and operate our San Carlos site. You will own day-to-day upkeep, safety, and functionality of the facility, ensuring a safe, reliable environment for teams building NEO and supporting manufacturing and operations.

The role requires hands-on plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical work, plus the ability to coordinate with electricians or contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience with hands-on plumbing and carpentry
• Comfortable performing basic electrical tasks safely (e.g., replacing ballasts, light fixtures, switches, outlets)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, standing/walking for extended periods)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical.
• Complete minor plumbing, carpentry and electrical work such as fixing leaks, patching drywall or repairing fixtures.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and safety inspections to catch issues before they become bigger problems.
• Log completed work and track parts and supplies used.
• Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors when a repair falls outside scope.
• Keep the facility clean, organized and running smoothly day to day.
