Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
• Requires High School Diploma.
• Good oral and written communication skills are a must.
• Good PC skills using Excel, Word and internet.
• Able to work on assignments complex in nature.
• Capable of working independently with little or no direction.
• Able to work in a team environment and has a stable work history.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
• A successful candidate must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and minor machinery repairs.
• Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, plumbing, etc.)
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Skill set should include basic office skills.
