Job summary

ESFM is seeking a full-time General Labor/Maintenance team member at the Fountain Inn, SC location. You will assist with daily upkeep, repair and installation support, and help ensure a safe, clean, and functional campus environment.

The role requires basic hanging/mounting, handyman skills, facilities experience, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with pay from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic hanging/mounting experience required.
• Handyman skills helpful.
• Facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the building.
• Repairs and maintains equipment and assists in installation activities.
• Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures; monitors safety and logs readings.
