  • Facilitate company events and meetings by coordinating pre-event setups and post-event teardowns, ensuring seamless execution and efficient service throughout all stages of the event.
  • Provide support for catering services, including coordination with the cafeteria and external vendors to ensure timely and professional food service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively address and resolve facilities-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative functions, including maintaining records, managing documentation, and facilitating communication with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors.
  • Execute assigned daily, weekly, and monthly Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) tasks, including routine inspections of eyewash stations, first aid cabinets, and hazardous waste storage areas to ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate and execute daily hazardous waste collection activities, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and disposal in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of the facility's waste management program and contribute to sustainability initiatives aimed at promoting environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance.
