Job summary

Spr Packaging Rockwall, TX is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform general maintenance and preventative/predictive maintenance on plant equipment including air compressors, chillers, HVAC, docks, doors and lights. You will troubleshoot and modify electrical circuits as needed and supervise contractors within your area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to use CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors working in the plant on related infrastructure equipment.
• Maintain own tools and perform repairs with basic electrical test tools and hand tools.
• Keep areas clean and follow GMP and safety guidelines.
• Remain on assignment until completion or until released by proper authority.
• Follow safety rules and communicate hazards to coworkers and managers.
