Job summary

You will perform routine maintenance, light handyman tasks, inspections, and timely response to requests while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Relocation to Alpharetta, GA 30004 is required before starting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance around the clubhouse, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs; change light bulbs and repair doors.
