Job summary

Achasta Golf Club, part of Troon, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Staff member in Dahlonega, GA. The role focuses on daily repair and upkeep of offices, public spaces, restrooms, and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests.

The position supports electrical, mechanical, and structural upkeep, as well as exterior and interior cleaning tasks. It requires basic education, reliability, and willingness to learn within a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties (communication with English-speaking customers/co-workers).
• Experience with IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily repair and maintenance for offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds and other areas.
• Performs general repairs for electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas (trash, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, furniture).
• Identifies and reports supply needs to supervisor.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
