Job summary

Key duties include scheduling, training, operating cleaning equipment, maintaining supplies, performing inspections, and reporting incidents. A high school diploma with 6 months to 1 year experience is required; bilingual a plus; CPR/First Aid a plus;

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
• Safety awareness and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily tasks per schedule.
• Provide work direction to custodians and assist in scheduling/training.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and monitor equipment condition.
• Maintain supplies inventory and assist purchasing.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; report hazards.
