Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, assisting move-ins, sanitizing facilities, and handling basic maintenance tasks while ensuring a responsive, resident-focused service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with residents and management.
• Basic maintenance knowledge (light bulbs, minor plumbing).
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to wear a company uniform.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and community spaces.
• Assist with move-ins, ensuring units are clean and ready for new tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenity areas.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities.
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Perform basic maintenance like changing light bulbs and minor plumbing repairs.
• Keep grounds and parking areas tidy.
• Respond to resident requests and log service tickets.
• Monitor for safety hazards and report to management.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Keep storerooms safe and organized.
• Learn and maintain pool systems according to standards.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
