You will perform cleaning across common areas, assist with move-ins, handle light maintenance tasks, and respond to resident requests. A flexible schedule and uniform may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical safety.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas (hallways, lobbies, elevators, amenity spaces).
• Assist with move-ins ensuring units are clean and ready for new tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenity areas, including dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities.
• Dispose of trash and recycling promptly and safely.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (bulbs, minor plumbing).
• Keep grounds, parking areas, and storerooms tidy and safe.
• Respond to resident requests and document service requests.
• Monitor property for safety hazards and report to management.
