Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr Technician - GMP to ensure the operational integrity of a cGMP production facility. The role covers preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and documentation to support regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in GMP or pharmaceutical environments, plus strong mechanical/electrical skills, schematics literacy, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in GMP/pharma/biotech or medical device manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading schematics or blueprints and interpreting equipment manuals.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with knowledge of industrial systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical, and utility systems including HVAC and purified water.
• Inspect and calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP.
• Troubleshoot equipment and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, qualification, and modification of facility equipment under change control.
• Update and document work orders in CMMS for audit readiness.
• Support RCA for equipment failures and implement CAPA actions.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with FDA guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Maintain safe and organized work environment and follow LOTO procedures.
