Job summary

Live! Casino is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to safeguard the operation of all property facilities and equipment.

You will perform general upkeep, HVAC/alarm/generator work, paint, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, and carry out scheduled preventative maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of commercial maintenance experience, and the ability to obtain a state non-gaming license; strong safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred.
2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial facility.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming license per state gaming agency.

Responsibilities

General maintenance of all Live! Casino facilities.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, alarm systems, and generators.
Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and related maintenance tasks.
Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled on equipment.
Ensure safety and security of guests and team members during work.
Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts as needed.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and related machinery; use ladders and safety equipment.
Maintain a pleasant, welcoming attitude and knowledge of on‑site facilities and entertainment.
Other duties as assigned.
