Job summary

Live! Casino and Hotel in Bossier City is seeking a Facilities Attendant to perform preventative maintenance and upkeep of the property, equipment, and gaming areas.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks, operate hand and power tools, and ensure safety through OSHA standards and proper protective equipment.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in maintenance, and the ability to work in a casino environment, with a valid license if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial facility; valid driver's license may be necessary.
• Must be able to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
• Licensure as required by regulatory entities (LA Gaming Control Board) or Live's standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of all facilities at Live! Casino and Hotel property.
• Be knowledgeable about HVAC systems, alarm systems, and generators.
• Carry out painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and related maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment as scheduled.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and team members through proper maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts as needed.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and machinery; use ladders, lift equipment, and safety gear.
• Maintain a pleasant, welcoming attitude and knowledge of all facilities and guest entertainment options.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
