Job summary

Hollander Hospitality is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform maintenance and renovation duties across our seven hotel locations, including Everett, SeaTac, Puyallup, Tacoma and Portland. The role covers light construction, carpentry, drywall, painting and general repairs to keep our properties in top condition.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:30pm and a pay range of $26.57 to $27.62 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in the field of construction and general repairs, including at least one year's experience in carpentry or any equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
• Knowledge of rough and finish carpentry techniques and construction industry standards.
• Read blueprints/drawings to fully grasp requirements.
• Accurately measure and calculate materials needed for projects.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.
