Job summary

Hollander Hospitality is hiring a Painter to perform interior and exterior brush, roller, and spray painting to maintain facilities across seven hotel locations, including Everett, WA, SeaTac, WA, Puyallup, WA, Tacoma, WA and Portland, Or. The role requires a minimum of three years’ experience, completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent, and a valid state driver’s license.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed; benefits include PTO, advancement programs, travel

• Minimum of three years’ experience in similar position, completion of formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• License: Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license.
• Knowledge of painting industry standards.

STATUS:

• Full-time

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed

RATE OF PAY:

• $25.36 to $26.41 per hour/DOE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

• Various types of equipment used in the building trades.
• Painting industry standards.

Skills and Ability to:

• Understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
• Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in similar position, completion of formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• License:
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch and kneel as required by job.
