Qualifications

• Carpentry skills for building and repair work at Stark Foundation properties.
• Electrical work qualifications and licensing as applicable.
• Painting, basic carpentry and plumbing abilities for building maintenance.
• General maintenance across multiple properties including space planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled and unskilled carpentry work for Stark Foundation properties.
• Install and repair small equipment and perform general maintenance.
• Handle painting, basic plumbing and space planning as needed.
• Provide electrical services within licensed scope.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance buildings and yards; follow safety protocols.
