Job summary

Genesis in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our nursing center clean, safe, and well maintained. You will perform routine repairs, operate and change HVAC filters, and assist with supplies and general upkeep to support patient care.

Prerequisites include a high school diploma or equivalent and basic wiring, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge. This role offers a 20–40 hour work week with a comprehensive benefits package and on-demand pay options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds and equipment.
• Change filters on HVAC equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Carry, lift and stock supplies; support maintenance supervisor as needed.
