Job summary
Meow Wolf is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support all building systems at the Houston site, perform routine maintenance and inspections, and work with contractors to keep the exhibition spaces safe and engaging. You’ll help reduce environmental impact and ensure reliable operations for visitors and staff.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in building facilities maintenance, commercial trades, or related renovations.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and construction tasks.
- Ability to read MEP plans, schematics, and architectural drawings.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and fabrication aptitude.
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to be trained.
Responsibilities
- Safely perform maintenance, repairs, inspections and upkeep of all building systems.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and contractors.
- Support environmental initiatives and waste/recycling programs.
- Maintain vendor relationships and track inspection/maintenance details.
- Respond to emergencies and support site safety programs.
