Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities maintenance or related trades.
• Hands-on experience across building repairs.
• Able to read basic plans and manuals.
• Strong safety practices and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Repair drywall, painting, carpentry, and fixtures.
• Diagnose issues and escalate to qualified contractors when needed.
• Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing safety systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and document work in CMMS.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain clean, safe work areas.
