Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent with a total HVAC experience of 6 years, or 4 years with advanced training.
• Experience with Trane, York, Daikin, or Mitsubishi systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and requests related to HVAC systems operation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring high quality and safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance and participate in projects related to equipment replacement, renovations, and new building plans.
• Lead, mentor, and coach apprentices and new employees; supervise contractors as needed.
• Follow refrigerant, safety, and code requirements; maintain required safety trainings and certifications.
