Job summary

Clear Creek County is seeking a versatile Facilities Technician to perform maintenance and custodial duties across county buildings and grounds. Under the Facilities Supervisor, you will inspect systems, perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and assist with space reconfigurations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent and 2 years of experience in building and custodial maintenance.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and basic trades in building maintenance.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and respond to maintenance requests with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and grounds; identify repairs and functional system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas; manage trash and recycling.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and perform snow removal as needed.
• Assist with space reconfiguration and furniture installations to maximize office space.
