Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to ensure uninterrupted operation, repair and maintenance of building systems across corporate and subsidiary facilities, including the data center. You will manage fire suppression, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, utilities, and computer room air conditioning, working under licensed supervision where required.

Responsibilities include monitoring PC-based controls, responding to work orders, and providing technical support

Qualifications

• 3 years of related, progressive experience in building systems.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of building systems in commercial facilities.
• Preferred: experience in critical systems in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, test and inspect building systems and equipment, including fire suppression, sprinkler, electrical and HVAC components.
• Respond to daily maintenance work orders from corporate and subsidiary facilities.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on carpentry, roofing, walls, floors and doors.
• Provide technical support and construction oversight to Facilities Management staff and data center operations.
