Job summary

AROW Global Corp. is seeking a Facilities Technician - Building and Grounds in Mosinee, WI to maintain our building, property, and outdoor areas.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will perform general building maintenance and minor repairs, assist with plumbing/electrical tasks, and manage lawn care and seasonal projects. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and reading of safety documents, and good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills and basic reasoning to carry out work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and facility upkeep as needed.
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas.
• Perform snow removal, shoveling, and salting during winter months.
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and grounds clean and safe.
• Complete routine inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with seasonal grounds and facility projects.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment safely.
• Respond to general maintenance requests throughout the facility.
• Perform other facility and grounds duties as assigned.

Summary:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining our building, property and outdoor areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and facility upkeep as needed
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas
• Perform snow removal, shoveling, and salting during winter months
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and grounds clean and safe
• Complete routine inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist with seasonal grounds and facility projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment safely
• Respond to general maintenance requests throughout the facility
• Perform other facility and grounds duties as assigned.
