Neu Tool & Supply Corp is seeking a Janitor & Light Maintenance professional for our Waukesha, WI facility. This full-time role covers cleaning, basic maintenance, and safety checks across office and warehouse spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior janitorial experience, with the ability to work independently, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a background check. Outdoor duties and snow removal are part of the role, with a focus on reliability and

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and light maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for grounds and snow removal duties.
• Must be reliable and have a good attendance record.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and safely use ladders or step stools.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas on a daily schedule.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the office and warehouse.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and transport waste to designated collection areas.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and interior surfaces as needed.
• Restock restroom and break room supplies, including paper products, soap, and other consumables.
• Perform light maintenance and repairs, including replacing light bulbs and HVAC filters, minor plumbing fixes, and touch-up painting.
• Identify and report larger maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Perform snow and ice removal around doorways only, removal will be done by external services.
• Monitor cleaning and maintenance supply inventory and notify management when reordering is needed.
• Perform basic safety checks, including fire extinguishers, exit signage, and emergency lighting, and report deficiencies.
• Operate cleaning equipment and light maintenance tools safely and properly.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Follow safety standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility by performing routine janitorial duties and light maintenance and repair tasks across the office and warehouse.
