Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three years of experience in building maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and repairs physical plant equipment.
• Operates and maintains boilers, valves, pumps, and related equipment.
• Repairs and replaces locks including removal, installation, and repair of cylinders.
• Operates swimming pool chlorination equipment as required to purify water.
• Operates and maintains air handling systems, air conditioning systems, and related equipment, including fans, motors, controls, and pumps.
• Maintains and tends outside grounds including mowing, watering, planting, mulching, trimming grass, flowers, bushes, and trees.
• Maintains and repairs indoor/outdoor lighting.
• Performs routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating and makes minor repairs to doors, windows, and other equipment.
