Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience with basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or building systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license (if required).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors.
• Respond to employee service requests and resolve facility-related issues.
• Support office moves, furniture setup, and workspace reconfigurations.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with emergency preparedness activities, including safety procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, service requests, and vendor activities.
• Ensure facility operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Partner with internal teams to support operational needs and workplace projects.
