Qualifications
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance or facilities operations.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.
- Proficient in documenting work using CMMS and basic data collection.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and facility support activities using the MaintainX system, safely and on time.
- Assist senior technicians with preventive maintenance and facility-related projects.
- Conduct routine facility rounds and raise issues for resolution.
- Support reliability, inventory management, and general facility operations.
