Job summary

The position involves assisting trades, performing routine PM tasks, and ensuring safety and documentation. Prior maintenance exposure and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for growth within the facilities team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read and write.
• Able to understand and follow directions.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Able to drive/operate vehicles.
• Experience operating weed eaters, snow blowers, sprayers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds to provide a safe, functional, and attractive environment.
• Assist trades to troubleshoot basic problems in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and keep logs and records up to date.
• Ensure safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Support campus maintenance and customer service by responding promptly to requests.
