Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join the Engineering Team at Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont. The ideal candidate will respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents, guests, and management, and take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.

A flexible schedule including evenings and holidays is required. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $29.00 per hour, with second shift from 3PM to 11PM.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Proficiency in using basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Vocational or technical training in maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, guests, and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of building maintenance issues in a hands-on role.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Technician to join our Engineering Team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents, guests, and management and ensuring timely resolution of all issues. This role requires a hands‑on approach to troubleshooting and solving a variety of building maintenance issues.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour based on experience.
