Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and custodial tools.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Able to communicate in English with regard to the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance, including patching, painting, hardware repairs, and other repair work.
• Clean floors, restrooms, offices and other areas; trash and recycling removal.
• Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
• Complete all documentation for work performed in a timely manner.
• Oversee event setup and teardown ensuring spaces are returned to normal.
• Adhere to all safety rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
