Responsibilities

• Conduct minor electrical repairs and coordinate with licensed electricians.
• Maintain HVAC systems and assist with repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain SDS.
• Document maintenance work and report to Facilities Manager.
• Support event setup and collaborate with contractors.
