The Bay Club Company in Bothell, WA is seeking an Operations Associate to enhance the success of club operations. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service to members and maintaining club cleanliness while demonstrating a positive attitude. The role offers exposure to various operational areas to foster career growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service background, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
Operations Associate is responsible for contributing to the success of the overall operation by assisting in a variety of roles throughout the club. The associate provides the highest level of member service, maintains club cleanliness, and consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude. This position enhances overall knowledge of operations and hospitality and develops career growth potential by providing experience in all aspects of the club.
