Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Stone Ridge, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection, and light maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and related systems across the facility.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and on-site availability. On-call rotation and safety training are part of the job, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the on-site JLL Facilities team in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, light HVAC, plumbing and/or painting
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain appropriate service documentation
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions
• Work closely under the direction of Facility Manager and Chief Engineer
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
• Support on-call or emergency response (rotation)
• Other projects and tasks to be assigned
• On-site presence required

What this job involves

What your day-to-day will look like

• Assist the on-site JLL Facilities team in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, light HVAC, plumbing and/or painting
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain appropriate service documentation
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry
• Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
• Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to respond to site within 60 minutes for on-call rotation
• Requires ability to walk extensively throughout facilities and property sites
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Expected Compensation

50,000.00 – 56,000.00 USD per year

Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm
