About the Role:
The Facilities Technician I is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations at the direction of the Facilities Manager. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance issues, as well as coordinating with contractors when necessary. In addition to hands-on repair work, the technician maintains accurate records, follows scheduled maintenance plans, and supports compliance efforts, all while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
