Job Details Job Location: 520 N Columbus Blvd - Philadelphia, PA Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.50 Hourly

Northeast Treatment Center, (NET), one of the largest behavioral health and social service agencies in the Philadelphia Region, offering support and hope to individuals and families at times of great stress in their lives, is recruiting full-time Facility Technicians responsible for controlling the flow of clients in and out of the building, operating the reception work station, assisting staff with clients that have behavioral problems, walking the grounds, and transporting and assisting clients to other facilities using a company vehicle. The position is located at our Medication Assisted Treatment facility in Northeast Philadelphia and requires 7-day-a-week availability, including weekends and holidays. The facility is open from 5:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of clients in and out of the building.
• Operate the reception work station in SMART.
• Assist staff with clients that have behavioral problems.
• Transport clients to other facilities.
• Transport staff using a company vehicle to prison programs and assist staff as necessary while at the prison programs.
• Walk the grounds.
• Secure the building.
• Answer phone calls.
• Maintain entries in the daily Shift Log.
• File and perform data entry.
• Other duties as specified by supervisor or director.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year documented security experience.
• Must speak, read, and write in English.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.

NET will require you to have the following clearances within the last 12 months:

• PA Child Abuse.
• FBI.
• PA State Criminal.
• If you have not resided in the state of PA for the past 5 years, you will be required to provide a Child Abuse clearance from your state of residence in addition to a PA Child Abuse clearance.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• TB test required.
• Health Assessment within the last 12 months required.
