Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to support building and grounds. You will be responsible for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks across sites.

The role requires travel up to 25% and a Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM schedule, with overtime possible to cover coverage and urgent requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Travel up to 25% is required.
• Flexible schedule and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and service facility systems.
• Paint, clean and complete work orders.
• Ensure timely follow-up and customer service.

This position will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds to ensure dependable and efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment. Some of the primary responsibilities include; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture removal/install and other general maintenance needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Two - three years related experience
• Travel: 25%
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday - Friday.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
• Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct inspections, repairs and services for facility.
• Painting, cleaning, completing work orders.
• Ensure excellent customer service with follow up on requests.
• Grounds upkeep to include some shoveling and salting.
• Complete all tasks per safety policies.
• Courteous and professional attitude toward all managers, associates, vendors, guests.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
