Job summary

Audubon Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Technician to perform repair and maintenance across offices, public spaces, restrooms, and grounds. The role requires basic exposure to electrical, mechanical, and structural tasks, with emphasis on keeping both interior and exterior areas clean and well-maintained.

The position supports a busy club environment and may involve reporting supply needs to a supervisor, while maintaining consistent attendance and performing

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Audubon Country Club, located in Naples, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Facilities Technician !

General Purpose:

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.

Essential Duties:

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Demands:

Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

No certifications or licenses are required.
