Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance trades.

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
