Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our restaurant facilities operating smoothly behind the scenes. You will repair and maintain the store, perform light electrical and plumbing tasks, and assist with painting and repairs as needed.

The role requires ability to lift heavy objects, read schematics, and follow written and oral instructions, with a driver''s license preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in helping each store operate smoothly behind the scenes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.

• Repairing and maintaining the facility Including repairing/replacing floor tile, ceiling tiles wall and structural repairs.Light electrical and plumbing work.Painting buildings, railing, parking lots, dumpsters ect.

Knowledge of:

• Methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of Food Service equipment.
• Basic arithmetic, work vocabulary, English language to a level required for satisfactory work performance.
• Safety procedures and practices relating to work in and around Food Service areas.

Ability to:

• Use required hand and power tools.
• Lift heavy objects.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprint drawings.
• Estimate time, materials; maintain work records, and reports.
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Training and Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent

Licenses:

• A valid driver's license
