Qualifications

Responsibilities

Inspect buildings to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Repair and maintain mechanical systems in compliance with safety standards.
Perform electrical maintenance: replace fixtures, bulbs, outlets, circuit breakers.
Assist with HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration system maintenance.
Maintain heating, plumbing, and related building systems.
Inspect and coordinate repairs of fire alarms and safety systems.
Complete general repairs: doors, locks, windows, fixtures.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep.
Complete painting, carpentry, and other facility projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and functionality of commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in general building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical repairs, plumbing, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect buildings and facilities to identify maintenance and repair needs
Repair and maintain mechanical systems in compliance with health and safety standards
Perform electrical maintenance, including replacing light fixtures, bulbs, outlets, and circuit breakers
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
Maintain and troubleshoot heating, plumbing, and related building systems
Inspect fire alarms and other safety systems and coordinate repairs as needed
Complete general building repairs, including doors, locks, windows, and fixtures
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
Assist with landscaping, grounds maintenance, and exterior facility upkeep
Complete painting, carpentry, and other facility improvement projects
Support pest control activities and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Understanding of general maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance practices
Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver's license preferred
