Job summary

Little Leaf Farms is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical greenhouse infrastructure systems and equipment. The role focuses on irrigation equipment, boilers, LED lighting, cooling equipment and backup generation to keep facilities running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of related experience, TCAT or equivalent, and familiarity with CMMS.

Qualifications

• TCAT or equivalent education/experience required.
• 2–3 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS preferred.
• Comfort with heights (glass repair)
• Experience across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical trades.
• Able to operate fork lift.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Execute key reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work cross-functionally with growing and maintenance to drive operational success.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities systems.
• Execute CMMS work orders.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns.

Duties & Responsiblities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.

Salary Description

$22- $32/hour commensurate with experience
