We are expanding our Facilities team and looking for someone like you!NCSS is seeking a Facilities Technician to help maintain our agency locations across Franklin and Chittenden Counties. Responsibilities include general repairs and maintenance, troubleshooting basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues, completing inspections and small construction projects, identifying future building needs, and coordinating contractors and vendors.Candidates must be self-directed, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable using an electronic work order system and basic technology. Experience with project management, building automation systems, ADA requirements, and VOSHA compliance is a plus.A valid driver’s license is required.1-3 years of related experience is preferred, and a trade or technical background is a plus.
