Silver Tree Residential, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to join our growing team. The role focuses on prompt maintenance, preventive care, and readiness of vacant apartments to support move-ins.

Our team values safety and quality, with a proven track record for high REAC and MOR scores. A valid driver's license and physical ability to perform tasks on site are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Ability to inspect and perform preventive maintenance.
• Capable of lifting heavy items and traversing the property, including stairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication with supervisors, residents and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Manage maintenance-related and capital improvement activities on the assigned property.
• Inspect, schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, residents, vendors and co-workers.
• Satisfy work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant apartments for new move-ins.

Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focused Facilities Technician to join our progressively growing team. Forest Green Manoris comprised of 252 apartment homes for SENIORS.The Facilities Technician is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by theCommunity Director and/or Facilities Director and for continuous self-improvement of skills and expertise. We are looking for a reliable team member who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards.

Summary of Requirements:

• Working with Directors in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.
• Inspecting, scheduling, and performing routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as necessary or as directed by the Directors.
• Capable of dealing effectively with supervisors, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Satisfying work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances, stoves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators. Some familiarity with electricity, plumbing, and carpentry is required.
• Assist in the make ready process of vacant apartments to get them ready for new move-ins in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Prior property maintenance experience is preferred.
• A valid Driver's License and dependable transportation is strongly preferred.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years property maintenance experience. It is essential that the Facilities Technician report to work at his/her regularly scheduled work hours, and have the physical capability to walk all around the property (including stairs), lift heavy items, and otherwise perform a variety of physical tasks regularly and as needed.
