We are seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to support building operations and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools, basic troubleshooting skills, and a strong understanding of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• 0–4 years of facilities or maintenance experience
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic building system issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Follow SOPs and document work in CMMS
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with CMMS or similar systems
• Assist in managing external vendors and contractors
• Maintain equipment files and update maintenance schedules
