Palm Beach Tan, the leader in indoor tanning with over 600 locations nationwide, is seeking a Facilities Technician in the Austin area.

Responsibilities:

• Providing general maintenance to store locations throughout the area
• Repairing items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, door knobs, etc.
• Maintaining tanning booths and UV-free spray booths (training provided)
• General carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting
• Collaborating with store operations staff; communicating with store management and vendors

Qualifications:

• Excellent driving record (check required)
• At least 2 years of maintenance and construction experience (multi-unit experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

This position is remote, starting from home with travel to locations in the specified area.
