Freeway Chevrolet is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep the dealership safe, clean, and operating at peak efficiency. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across service, showroom, and office areas in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general building maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience required.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, repair techniques, and hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional service areas, showrooms, offices, and dealership facilities.
• Complete minor cosmetic repairs, including drywall patching and paint touch-ups.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
• Maintain organization and inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance issues requiring additional repairs or vendor support.
• Perform indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed to support daily dealership operations.
