Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC seeks a dependable Facilities Tech / Porter at its senior/multi-family community. The role covers janitorial duties and light maintenance across the Holyoke, MA property, ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained common areas and units.

Candidates should be able to work a regular schedule with physical tasks throughout the property. Qualified applicants have at least 3 years of janitorial experience; maintenance background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of janitorial experience.
• Maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must be physically able to walk the property (stairs included) and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean all public areas daily.
• Wet mop floors in common areas 3–4 times per week.
• Dust and clean light fixtures and walls monthly.
• Assist in make-ready of vacant apartments as needed.
• Complete tasks promptly and report issues to supervisor.
